Limbo is a payment solution app where we hold on to buyers funds securely while the seller seeing the money in our account, has the assurance to send the package to the buyer. Once the buyer has received the package, they inspect it before releasing the funds back to the seller. Buyers can not retrieve the money in ”Limbo” without the Sellers permission. Buyers go through ID verification to prove they are a real person so they can be held accountable when undertaking fraud and scams. Limbo has partnered with NZ Couriers to provide interrogated courier pick up, tracking, and delivery of packages.

Other features include a feedback system to review the user you transact with, an integrated payment solution with Akahu, an easy, cheaper alternative to online payment rather than traditional bank cards and bank transfers, and a disputes process to manage solutions when things turn pear-shaped.
